The majority of the employees at SHAW-NASS comprises experienced Bahrain nationals, who make up about 47% of the workforce.  Management of SHAW-NASS includes Americans, British and Bahrainis.  The qualified technical workforce is made up of Bahrainis, Filipinos and Indian nationals.  At full staffing the employment enrollment reaches about 500.
